Construction Debris Trailer Rental: Tigard & Portland

A remodel cleanup starts with knowing what is coming out and where it will go. Tell Roadside about the materials, estimated weight and site access before choosing a dump trailer for your construction debris.

Describe the actual demolition load

List the flooring, carpet, cabinets, roofing, lumber or other material you plan to remove. Share photos and an approximate amount, including any heavy tile, masonry or wet material. These are different loads even when they occupy similar space. Roadside reviews material suitability and the selected unit before confirming your rental.

Choose by weight as well as bed size

The 6×12 high-side dump has four-foot sides, but that space is not a weight allowance. Dense material can reach usable payload before filling the bed. Ask the team to confirm the selected trailer’s empty weight, permitted load and towing setup for your project. The 14-foot dump remains unavailable while its current status applies.

Agree placement and the loading method

For delivery, send the full address and describe driveway surface, gates, turning room and the proposed loading spot. Explain whether the crew will carry debris by hand or use machinery. Do not arrange chute loading, machine loading or placement on a street or shared area without first reviewing the plan and any required permissions.

Confirm the disposal route before demolition

Check your intended facility’s material acceptance and unloading arrangements before starting. Tell Roadside about mixed debris, liquids, hazardous or suspect materials so the load can be reviewed. A trailer rental does not establish that every material may be loaded or accepted at a disposal facility.

Separate rental from a complete cleanup service

With a self-towed rental, you arrange loading, disposal and the return. If you need delivery, loaded-trailer hauling, emptying or a crew, describe each part of the job for a complete quote. Rental prices do not include disposal or labor, and sending dates does not reserve the equipment.

Send these details with your request

  • Material list, photos and estimated amount or weight
  • Demolition schedule and how the trailer will be loaded
  • Full job address, driveway access and placement permission
  • Who will tow, load and arrange disposal
  • Preferred rental dates and any delivery or haul-away help

Sending a request does not reserve equipment. The team confirms the exact unit, access, requirements and complete price.

Project questions.

More rental questions
Can I rent a dump trailer for flooring removal debris?

Send the flooring type, photos and estimated quantity to Roadside. Carpet, wood flooring and heavy tile create different loads. The team reviews material suitability, weight, the selected trailer and your disposal plan before confirming a rental.

Can I use a rental dump trailer for roofing debris?

Ask Roadside to review the roofing material, estimated weight and loading method first. Confirm the trailer, usable payload, placement and disposal plan. A high-sided trailer listing does not approve filling the bed with shingles or machine-loading it.

Does construction debris trailer rental include removal?

The published rental rate is for equipment. Loading labor, delivery, loaded-trailer hauling and disposal are separate services that must be included in an agreed quote if you need them.

Plan the load

A guide for your project.

Trailer rental or full-service junk removal

Choose the amount of work you want to handle. Renting equipment, having a trailer delivered and hiring a crew for a cleanout have different costs and responsibilities. Compare the complete job before deciding.

Equipment transport & tilt trailers

Moving a machine takes more than finding a deck long enough. Send the equipment model, operating weight, attachments and loading method so Roadside can review the right trailer and towing setup.

Yard debris & property cleanup

Branches, brush and bulky yard-cleanup loads need a different plan from soil, gravel or demolition debris. Start with the material and loading access, then choose a trailer and a way to empty it.

Furniture, moving & storage trips

An enclosed cargo trailer gives you covered space for a furniture pickup, household move, storage-unit transfer or event load. Check the actual opening and loading space before choosing by trailer length.

Car hauler fit & vehicle transport

The right car trailer depends on the vehicle’s dimensions, weight and loading needs. An open flat deck, enclosed trailer and hydraulic tilt deckover are different options; send the load details before choosing one.
