Plan your load

The four-foot sides give bulky items room; they are not a fill limit for heavy material. Include the material and estimated weight, especially for soil, rock, concrete or roofing debris.

For furniture or equipment, send the largest item's dimensions and your loading plan. Ask for delivery if you need the trailer placed at your project instead of towing it yourself.

Towing and payload

Unit-specific empty weight, usable payload, hitch size, electrical connection and brake requirements are confirmed before pickup. The trailer’s gross rating includes its own weight and cargo; it is not the cargo allowance.

Send your tow vehicle’s year, make and model with your load details. If you need the trailer brought to the project, request delivery. Crossing state lines requires advance approval from Austin or Tysen.

All trailer rental questions
How much is a 6×12 dump trailer rental in Tigard?

The published rental-only rate is $125 per 24 hours or $500 per week. Pickup is in Tigard. Delivery, retrieval, disposal and other services are separate, and the selected unit, dates and complete price are confirmed before booking.

How tall are the sides on the 12-foot dump trailer?

The published bed is 6 feet wide by 12 feet long with 4-foot sides. High sides provide space for bulky cleanup loads, but they do not establish a weight allowance. Roadside reviews material weight and usable payload before confirming the rental.

Can I have the dump trailer delivered and load it myself?

Request delivery with your project address, placement details and rental dates. Explain whether you will arrange disposal or need the loaded trailer hauled away and emptied. Delivery, retrieval, hauling and disposal must be included in the agreed quote when needed.

Trailer rental or full-service junk removal

Choose the amount of work you want to handle. Renting equipment, having a trailer delivered and hiring a crew for a cleanout have different costs and responsibilities. Compare the complete job before deciding.

Construction, flooring & roofing debris

A remodel cleanup starts with knowing what is coming out and where it will go. Tell Roadside about the materials, estimated weight and site access before choosing a dump trailer for your construction debris.

Yard debris & property cleanup

Branches, brush and bulky yard-cleanup loads need a different plan from soil, gravel or demolition debris. Start with the material and loading access, then choose a trailer and a way to empty it.
